Continuous training and professional development. **Description:** ---------------- **GRUPOTEC** is currently looking for a **Plant Manager (EDARI)** to join our Water & Bioenergy Division at our offices in Valencia city. You will be part of the **Operations and Maintenance (O&M)** team at water treatment facilities, performing duties such as: * Planning and assigning tasks to the operations team and shift supervisors. * Monitoring critical operational parameters, optimizing energy and chemical consumption. * Interpreting analytical results and establishing operating setpoints for the EDARI. * Preparation and closure of operation reports using the GMAO system. * Coordination with the Maintenance department for scheduled shutdowns and corrective actions. * Ensuring compliance with permits, applicable regulations, and HSE standards. * Acting as the local point of contact for clients and authorities. * Approving work permits, lockouts, and setpoints. * Reporting relevant incidents to the corresponding responsible parties. * Coordinating, training, and evaluating plant operations personnel. **Requirements:** --------------- * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields such as Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Technical Engineering, or Environmental Sciences. * Proficiency in Office 365 is essential. * Experience in biological treatment processes will be valued. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial wastewater treatment sector. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to supervised plants. * Specific competencies: teamwork, proactivity, problem-solving, responsibility, and commitment. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** We offer an indefinite-term employment contract with a competitive salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
