DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is looking for a highly qualified Photovoltaic Electrical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in electrical supervision, with a specific focus on photovoltaic installations. This position has an approximate duration of 1 year and is expected to commence in March 2026. As the Photovoltaic Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all electrical activities across our photovoltaic projects. Your role will be critical in ensuring that installations are carried out in accordance with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and direct work crews during the execution of electrical installations for photovoltaic plants. * Ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations (national and international). * Conduct on-site safety and quality inspections, identifying and mitigating potential risks. * Manage the schedule for electrical activities, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. * Coordinate with other departments (engineering, logistics, etc.) to ensure proper project execution. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and completion reports for electrical works. * Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials, as well as their maintenance. * Resolve technical problems arising during installation and commissioning. * Promote and maintain a culture of occupational health and safety. * Participate in project handover and partial or final deliveries. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably in the photovoltaic sector. * Solid knowledge of electrical regulations, codes, and safety standards (REBT, ITC, etc.). * Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings and single-line diagrams. * Ability to lead and motivate work teams. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Results-oriented mindset with strong goal achievement focus. * Availability to work at the project site starting March 2026. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications in electrical safety or photovoltaic installation. * Familiarity with project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.). * Experience with solar panel mounting systems and structures. * Proficiency in technical English.
