You will work closely with development teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. Your role will be critical in ensuring our AI solutions meet customer needs and help our company remain at the forefront of technology. **Requirements** **Essential Experience and Knowledge:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the field of artificial intelligence. * Experience managing software development teams. * Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, etc. * Experience managing stakeholders and effectively communicating project progress. * Experience defining product vision and managing the product backlog. **Desirable Experience and Knowledge:** * Master’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Experience managing cloud-based AI projects (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). **Required Skills:** * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. **Other Skills to Highlight:** * Familiarity with Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) practices. * Experience managing AI projects in production environments. * Knowledge of regulations and standards related to software and AI development (GDPR, AI Act, etc.). * Negotiation and conflict management skills. * Ability to stay current with the latest trends and advancements in the field of AI.
