We aim to incorporate a **Warehouse Assistant – Warehouse Operator** to join a specialized team engaged in the design, production, and distribution of artistic products and merchandise. **Imagine your day-to-day:** * Prepare orders (picking and packing) for national and international clients, ensuring adherence to deadlines and attention to detail. * Record and manage movements in the ERP system, maintaining up-to-date inventory at all times. * Organize the warehouse, preserving order and facilitating teamwork. * Manage returns, inspecting products and reintegrating them into the inventory flow. * Collaborate with the logistics team, contributing to continuous process improvement. **What We Offer:** * Join a creative and dynamic team in constant growth, facing new challenges ahead. * Be part of a close-knit and inspiring team where collaborative work is key. * **Contract:** Indefinite. * **Working Hours:** 25 hours/week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * **Workplace:** Barcelona. **Requirements:** ----------------- * We are looking for a person with outstanding analytical skills, service-oriented mindset, who enjoys working in a team and possesses strong communication abilities. * Ability to resolve incidents and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. * **Education:** In Logistics or equivalent. * **Knowledge:** Advanced user of computer tools. * **Languages:** Native and/or bilingual in Spanish and Catalan. * Prior experience in logistics and/or operations tasks is highly valued.
