Position Summary: We are seeking a Head of Railway Technical Assistance Unit in Oviedo, responsible for a team overseeing railway construction execution. Key Points: 1. Responsible for the railway construction execution control team 2. Experience in construction and railway projects 3. Quality monitoring and environmental compliance A Head of Railway Technical Assistance Unit is required in Oviedo, who will lead a team of 5 people responsible for railway construction execution control. * University degree at MECES level 3 or EQF level 7 enabling acquisition of competencies and knowledge required for organization and execution of railway works, e.g., Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports) or equivalent. * Over 10 years’ experience in site offices, including at least 2 years in the railway sector on construction and railway projects with significant emphasis on safety and signaling installations, as well as quality monitoring and environmental compliance. * Full-time commitment.
