Coordination with external suppliers A company in Terrassa is seeking a maintenance technician to perform electrical, plumbing, and furniture repairs, maintenance inspections, and coordination with external suppliers, with a minimum of 12 months’ experience. Permanent contract with full-time working hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Professional level: SECOND-TIER TECHNICIANS. Contract type: PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT. Working hours: 9 A.M. TO 2 P.M. AND 3 P.M. TO 6 P.M. Tasks / Responsibilities • Electrical, plumbing, and furniture repairs. • Conducting inspections and general maintenance tasks. • Coordinating with external suppliers for repairs or services. Essential Requirements • Catalan language proficiency. • Minimum one year’s experience in similar roles. Valuable (but not mandatory) Qualifications • Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Electromechanical Maintenance • Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Electrical and Automatic Installations • Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Heat Production Installations • Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installations • Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Interior Construction, Decoration, and Rehabilitation • Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Carpentry and Furniture * 12 months’ experience.
