We are looking for a Solution Architect specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service to lead the functional and technical architecture of the BSH project. The candidate will be responsible for defining the solution vision, ensuring best practices, coordinating functional/technical teams, and acting as the client’s point of reference on all matters related to Field Service and Power Platform. Main Responsibilities * Define the end-to-end architecture of the Dynamics 365 Field Service platform for BSH. * Lead the definition of processes, functional design, and data models for field service scenarios. * Design integration with other corporate systems (ERP, logistics, spare parts management, scheduling, etc.). * Oversee configuration of Work Orders, Assets, Agreements, Bookings, Scheduling, Mobile App, and advanced modules. * Ensure compliance with best practices, security, performance, ALM, and governance. * Guide the technical team in implementing Power Platform (Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Dataverse). * Participate in client sessions for requirement validation, demos, and design workshops. * Review complex developments (plugins, integrations, model-driven apps) and ensure technical quality. * Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and other architects within the program. Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support. * Technical Requirements * Proven experience (5+ years) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, with a strong focus on Field Service. * Solid experience designing field service processes. * Advanced knowledge of Power Platform: Power Automate, Dataverse, Model-driven Apps. * Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Service Mobile and offline scenarios. * Experience in large-scale or multinational projects.
