The candidate will join our Tech discipline, led by **Carlos Cañado and Reinaldo Aguilera**. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of IT experience as an SRE/DevOps operations engineer, preferably in corporate environments. * Client-facing skills. * Experience in demanding production service environments. * Experience with analysis tools. * Familiarity with ticketing management tools. * Advanced English proficiency. * Solid knowledge in at least two of the following: Python, JSON, YAML, REST APIs, Node.js. * Professional experience in CI/CD environments. * Container orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes. * Demonstrated experience with Linux operating systems. Networking knowledge: F5 (load balancer), TCP/IP stack, NAT, routing and Linux firewalls, DHCP, Syslog, SNMP. * **Desirable:** * Nginx reverse proxy. * Professional experience with AWS. **Responsibilities:** SRE within the digital channels development team, with dual responsibilities: As an SRE within the team: * Build internal services and systems with integrated automation. * Continuously strive for operational excellence by automating manual processes. * Enhance existing automation tools and introduce automation to replace manual processes. * Integrate products with other internal services and systems. * Build services capable of running successfully on any hardware/operating system. Provide monitoring, proactive maintenance, and remediation functions. * 2.
