Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate the QA team (mentoring, feedback, planning). * Define and implement the project’s QA strategy. * Design and execute test plans (functional, regression, automated). * Define and integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines. * Supervise web and responsive testing (cross-browser). * Manage and track defects and quality metrics. * Collaborate with development and product teams in agile environments. Requirements: * 5–8 years of QA experience, both manual and automated. * At least 2–3 years leading QA teams. * Experience in end-to-end web projects with release cycles. * Automation using frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Serenity. * Knowledge of CI/CD and quality control within pipelines. * Proficient use of Jira and test management tools (XRay, Zephyr). * Knowledge of HTML/CSS and foundational skills in Java and/or JavaScript. * Experience in responsive and cross-browser testing. * Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Advanced English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with modern automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright). * Use of test management tools: XRay, Zephyr. * Visual testing with Applitools, Percy, Lighthouse.
