We are currently expanding our team and seeking to hire a Simulation Engineer. You will join the technical team, contributing to helping our clients validate or identify—through simulation—opportunities enabling them to introduce new production lines or optimize productivity in plants and laboratories. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in industrial operations: automation, analysis, and/or operations improvement. At least 1 year of experience in industrial process simulation using discrete-event simulation. Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physical Sciences, demonstrating solid knowledge of manufacturing and production systems. English proficiency at minimum B2 level, with particularly strong spoken English skills for client meetings. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using *AnyLogic* Other simulation software (*FlexSim*, *Simulink*, *Simul8*, *Witness*, *Plant Simulation*) Programming in languages such as C\#, VBA, R, or Python Experience managing simulation projects and interacting with clients A disability certificate will be positively considered within our inclusion and diversity policy.
