We operate across 56 countries and have over 620 professionals in Spain. **MISSION** As a Guarantee Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients’ needs are met and/or exceeded within agreed terms. Your purpose will be to provide assistance and technical support to clients and corporate groups on matters related to International and Domestic Guarantees. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** Process guarantees issued on behalf of the Bank’s clients or other branches/subsidiaries/correspondents. Provide assistance and technical support to clients and corporate groups on matters related to International and Domestic Guarantees. Verify that all required approvals (from Credit Risk, Compliance, and Legal) are in place before proceeding with client requests. Process guarantee expirations and follow up with branches, correspondents, and clients to ensure smooth release of guarantee instruments. Support the Billing and Fees Officer as needed. **WHAT YOU’LL BRING** Solid understanding of guarantee products and relevant regulations (URDG, ISP, UCP…). Knowledge of general and guarantee-specific accounting standards. Proficiency in systems and processes: Word/Excel, SWIFT. English, C1 level.
