Act as the main point of contact between the account, the assignee, and internal teams. Coordinate air, sea, and road shipments with precision and care. Manage after\-sales communication and ensure smooth follow\-up with clients. Organize, explain, and prepare import/export customs documents and shipment protection details. Liaise with shipping lines, trucking companies, customs brokers, assignees, accounts, and internal stakeholders. Prepare shipments for billing and audit supplier invoices.
