Ample room for growth and development in an international environment. **As Business Developer – Poultry Sector at Schippers Agrícola, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation and growth in the industry.** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The business developer is responsible for developing poultry animal groups within Schippers Agrícola. Based on the Schippers Group’s HyCare vision and in collaboration with Management, you will formulate the strategic sales plan and commercial objectives. Through your efforts, sales of MS Gold products within these animal groups will grow. You will oversee accounts and involve customers in your enthusiasm for our vision. **What will you do?** --------------------- * Translate the HyCare strategy into a sound and clear sector-specific plan for the poultry industry and communicate it simply and clearly. Translate this plan into concrete, energetic actions through the development of operational sales activities. In doing so, you keep Management informed. * After establishing strong customer relationships, you build a winning team. You actively participate in recruiting and selecting new colleagues. You ensure clear objectives and mobilize people and resources. You inspire your colleagues to enthusiastically contribute to the objectives and adapt when necessary.
