We are seeking a **FREELANCE Architect** with solid experience in architectural project drafting and construction management, specialized in **BIM methodology**. The selected candidate will be responsible for design, technical coordination, and full development of projects within a BIM environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory, construction, and quality requirements across all phases. **Responsibilities** * Integrated architectural project development (conceptual design, basic design, construction documentation, and as-built) using BIM methodology. * Advanced Revit modeling for modular buildings and site cabins. * Coordination with engineering disciplines and other technical stakeholders (structure, MEP, etc.). * Detection and resolution of interferences using BIM coordination tools. * Preparation of technical documentation, drawings, and quantity take-offs. * Definition and monitoring of BIM standards and execution plans (BEP). * Technical support and occasional on-site supervision during construction phase. * Quality control of models and deliverables. * Technical liaison with clients and internal teams. **Requirements** * Degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture * Minimum 5 years’ experience in architectural projects and construction management. * Demonstrable professional experience applying BIM methodology. * Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit. * Ability to work autonomously and meet demanding deadlines. * Experience in multidisciplinary coordination. * Strong organizational and document management skills. **Technical Competencies** * Expert-level Autodesk Revit. * Navisworks or other BIM coordination tools. * AutoCAD and collaborative BIM platforms (ACC, BIM 360 or similar). * Knowledge of BIM standards. * Management of deliverables and technical reviews. **Languages:** * English: Intermediate–advanced level (B2/C1), desirable. **Workplace** * Burgos / Option for 100% remote work. * Part-time engagement may be considered. **What We Offer:** * Technical leadership and communication skills. * Results-oriented, solution-driven profile. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Technical rigor and attention to detail. * Planning and team management capability.
