Location – Pamplona – Tiebas If you have an operational, field-oriented profile, capable of interacting effectively with operational teams and plant managers, and if you enjoy traveling and are available to travel across Spain, Portugal, and other Group plants, this opportunity is for you: Mission Collaborates closely with members of the LSE – Lhoist South Europe safety network, plant directors, operational teams, and other LSE departments to prevent accidents, reduce risks, and develop the Safety Culture. Responsible for ensuring implementation and compliance with Lhoist Group’s safety policy and vision, as well as local regulations. Authorized to alert, recommend immediate measures, and communicate any situation posing a risk to people’s health and safety. Main Responsibilities Prevention and Management Systems. Accidents, investigations, and continuous improvement. Training, auditing, and promotion. Operational support and coordination. Supports their direct supervisor on H&S-related matters. Presents and analyzes problems or irregularities to contribute to defining corrective actions. Required Qualifications University degree (Bachelor’s level). Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices. Language: Spanish. Professional English required. French and Portuguese desirable.
