If you are motivated to support customers in their growth and deliver an outstanding experience, we want you on our team! **Job Description** Responsibilities: * Training and onboarding: Accompany the customer from the beginning, ensuring smooth implementation and understanding their needs. * Technical support: Resolve incidents, answer questions, and guarantee the proper functioning of the Nivimu software. * Customer relationship management: Maintain close and proactive communication, anticipate needs, and ensure customer satisfaction. * Documentation and resources: Create and keep support materials up to date (FAQs, tutorials, user guides). **Requirements** Requirements: * Reside in the province of Murcia. * Higher Vocational Training qualification or University Degree. * Prior experience in customer service (at least 1 year in technology environments is valued). * Intermediate level of English.
