The selected candidate will support the company’s daily administrative tasks, as well as basic accounting management. **This vacancy is exclusively for individuals holding a valid official disability certificate.** Main Responsibilities * Telephone reception and email management. * Document management and filing. * Data entry and database updates. * Invoice issuance and registration. * Receivables and payables control. * Support in bank reconciliations. * Preparation of documentation for external management services. Requirements * Valid official disability certificate. * Education in Administration and Finance, Administrative Management, or related field. * Basic knowledge of accounting. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, and email). * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in a similar role. * Familiarity with accounting management software.
