




We are looking for an administrative assistant for a retail company in Palafrugell. Main responsibilities include managing telephone inquiries and order registration, as well as processing invoices and delivery notes. Additionally, the selected candidate will provide support in daily store tasks. The ability to perform other functions inherent to administrative and customer service roles will be valued. Working hours will be full-time, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Saturday mornings, specifically between 07:00 and 13:30, including corresponding legal breaks. * Experience carrying out tasks equal to or similar to those described. * We seek a responsible, organized, and solution-oriented person. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Catalan and Spanish spoken and written correctly. Completed GM in Administration.
