We seek a professional responsible for coordinating and supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed within established deadlines and budgets. **Your mission within this team will be:** * Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities. * Ensure compliance with established deadlines and budgets. * Participate in the drafting and review of technical projects. * Manage the technical and legal documentation required for construction execution. * Implement and comply with occupational health and safety regulations. * Guarantee the quality of the work performed. **What do we offer?** * Workplace located in Girona. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. * Stable professional project within a solid organization. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Technical Architecture or related field. * Prior experience in a similar role. * In-depth knowledge of construction and occupational safety regulations. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines.
