For Peralta, we seek a professional capable of accurately interpreting technical drawings and resolving incidents related to our product processes and quality. You will be responsible for managing non-conformances, maintaining direct and effective communication with customers. Additionally, you will analyze and propose continuous improvements to optimize our production processes. Your role will be essential in providing technical support to all departments involved in production and quality. A one-month temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of extension, and a full-time working schedule. The established working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00, and Fridays from 08:00 to 14:00. **Professional Experience:** Less than one year **Education:** University degree in engineering, design, processes, or quality. Minimum one year of experience as a Design Engineer, preferably in the metal sector. Ability to interpret technical drawings. Experience in incident resolution and non-conformance management. Communication skills for customer interaction. Orientation toward continuous improvement and attention to detail. Previous industrial experience is desirable.
