We have long been associated with many of the most significant advances in eye health, and we believe we are well positioned to continue leading the advancement of eye health in the future. **Product Manager - Surgical** **Location:** Warsaw **The person employed in this position will be primarily responsible for:** * Creating and periodically updating product strategies and participating in sales planning * Market analysis, sales data analysis, tender progress tracking, and competitor activity monitoring * Developing product claims and sales support materials * Preparing periodic market analyses and presentations, sales forecasting * Collaborating with the sales team (KAM, AS) on training, presentations, and product demonstrations * Building relationships with KOLs, institutions, and opinion-leading centers **We expect the following from candidates:** * 1–3 years of experience in product marketing (experience in the medical/healthcare industry is preferred) * Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into strategies * Interest in technology and advanced equipment—mandatory requirement * Experience working with advanced medical technologies would be an additional advantage * Experience working in hospital market sales would be an additional advantage * Independence, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills * Willingness to collaborate with the field sales team—due to the necessity of in-depth technology familiarization during the onboarding period (approximately 1 year), up to 80% of working time may be spent in the field * Very good command of English—mandatory requirement This position may be available in the following location(s): Warsaw
