Collaborating in hygiene controls and compliance with safety regulations. **JOB POSITION: INDUSTRIAL CLEANING OPERATOR** **Company:** Marín Giménez S.L. **Location:** Moratalla (Murcia) Job Mission Ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of facilities, equipment, and utensils at the fruit and vegetable processing plant, contributing to maintaining appropriate hygienic-sanitary conditions and complying with the company's and applicable legislation's food safety requirements. Main Responsibilities * Perform cleaning and disinfection tasks for machinery, production lines, conveyor belts, worktables, and other plant equipment. * Execute cleaning procedures according to the company's established plans and protocols. * Properly prepare and use authorized cleaning and disinfection chemical products. * Maintain cleanliness in production, storage, dispatch, changing rooms, and common areas. * Remove waste and by-products generated during the production process, placing them in the appropriate containers. * Complete cleaning records and report any incidents detected during cleaning tasks. * Collaborate in hygiene verifications and controls conducted by the Quality Department. * Ensure proper maintenance of cleaning tools and equipment. * Comply with occupational safety regulations, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and the company's internal procedures. * Report potential malfunctions, defects, or situations that may affect facility hygiene or safety. Workplace Environmental Conditions Work is carried out in a fruit and vegetable processing industry, where humid environments, low temperatures in certain areas, presence of water during cleaning operations, and use of specific industrial hygiene chemical products may occur.
