DESCRIPTION Life Gourmet, the largest catering operator in the Community of Madrid and a leading company in the events and hospitality sector, is seeking: ** PASTRY CHEF ** We are looking for a candidate with solid pastry knowledge, experience in large-scale production, and strong organizational capabilities. A creative individual who can add a touch of magic and innovation to our creations. Main Responsibilities: * Pastry Production: Prepare a variety of bakery and dessert products. * Management of Large Volumes. * Decoration and Presentation: Decorate and finish bakery products attractively and creatively. Ensure all products are presented professionally and meet Group standards. * Development and innovation of new recipes and products. * Maintenance of cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen, complying with food hygiene and safety regulations. Compliance with Hygiene and Safety Standards. * Teamwork: Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team. WE OFFER: * 5 working days with 2 days off.
