




Position Summary: We are seeking a Head Chef for a cooperative project focused on creative and traditional cuisine using local and seasonal products. Key Highlights: 1. The primary responsibility will be designing a menu that adapts to the seasons and emphasizes the use of local products, working closely with the team. The main motivation lies in becoming part of a cooperative project that fuses creative and traditional cuisine. Leadership ability—especially during peak demand periods—will be highly valued, always from a cooperative and collaborative perspective. It will be necessary to organize various kitchen areas, oversee preparatory work, and actively participate in station duties during service. Responsibilities include inventory control, placing orders, food production to maintain menu offerings, and ensuring cleanliness and order in the workspace. Full-time position, with a permanent contract of 38 weekly hours, scheduled as follows: Fridays from 16:00 to 00:00, and Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 00:00.
