Strong knowledge of procurement management, recipe costing, and cost control is required. Prior experience as a chef or sous-chef is essential, demonstrating leadership and team-organization capabilities. Responsibility, leadership skills, and willingness to work in or reside in Llanes will be valued. The position offers a full-time permanent employment contract, with working hours from 12:00 to 16:00 and from 19:00 to 23:00. The offered salary is €1600 gross per month.
