




Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and versatile administrative assistant to issue delivery notes, invoices, manage phone calls and emails, and file documentation. Key Points: 1. GM/GS in Administration or equivalent We are looking for an administrative assistant for a company located in Leganés, engaged in the manufacturing and sale of awnings for residential use. Main responsibilities will include issuing delivery notes, invoices, and loading lists, as well as handling customer phone calls and emails. The selected candidate will also be responsible for basic Excel operations and for classifying and archiving all relevant documentation. The contract will be full-time on a split shift. The standard schedule will be Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 14:00 and from 15:30 to 17:30, and Fridays from 7:00 to 15:15, always respecting statutory breaks and adapting to service requirements. * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a position equal to or similar to the one described. * We seek a responsible and versatile individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. GM/GS in Administration or equivalent.
