COOK FOR VACATION COVERAGE (40 HOURS/WEEK)

Job Summary: We are seeking a cook or kitchen assistant to prepare and cook daily menus, organize ingredients, maintain kitchen order and cleanliness, and comply with food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration in the preparation and cooking of daily menus 2. Organization and control of ingredients for service 3. Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the kitchen We are looking for a cook or kitchen assistant to cover a temporary position during the entire months of July, August, and September (40 hours per week). Working hours are from Monday to Sunday on a rotating shift basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for the daily preparation and cooking of menus according to quality and hygiene standards; organizing and controlling necessary ingredients for service; maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen; assisting with goods receipt and storage; and ensuring compliance with food safety protocols. Prior experience in institutional catering or commercial kitchens is preferred. A personal vehicle is required to access the workplace. Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
