Confirm guest satisfaction for each meal course and beverage. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tableware, and glassware throughout the day. Complete closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights. Present accurate and physically printed invoices to guests and process payments. Comply with all company and safety/security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; complete safety training and certification. Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance; safeguard confidential information; protect company assets.
