You will play a fundamental role in shaping the student experience at the university. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum qualification: Higher Vocational Training Cycle or University Degree. * Proficient use of technological tools. * Strong communication skills and student orientation. * Residence in Logroño or willingness to relocate. **What do we offer?** * Full-time or part-time contract, depending on availability. **On-site working hours:** * **Full-time:** Monday to Thursday: 10:00–15:00 and 16:00–19:30 Three Fridays per month: 10:30–14:30 One Friday per month on a split shift * **Part-time:** Monday to Friday: 15:00–21:00 * Hybrid model after the first 6 months. * Annual incentive system. * Professional development and continuous training. * A close-knit and collaborative work environment. * 26 working days of vacation + 4 personal days + 16 annual flex hours. * 80% tuition discount to study at UNIR. * Access to employee benefits and discounts.
