We are seeking a tour guide to lead and enrich visitors' experiences at a prestigious winery in La Rioja. Responsibilities include conducting detailed guided tours of the facilities and leading commented wine tastings, both in Spanish and English, adapting explanations to different types of audiences. After each tasting, you will promote sales of wines and related products in the shop, applying in-depth product knowledge. You will also manage shop operations, including point-of-sale (TPV) transactions and inventory control; training will be provided for these tasks. Coordination with logistics is required to ensure timely shipments and efficient after-sales service. The position is temporary and part-time, set in a dynamic environment rooted in viticultural culture. We seek someone who enjoys direct interaction with the public and can convey passion for wine, contributing to the winery’s commercial success. A high or fluent level of English is essential to conduct tours, tastings, and active sales to international customers. Candidates must possess extensive wine knowledge and at least two years of prior experience in the wine industry, enotourism, or customer service. Excellent communication skills, sales orientation, organizational ability, and a clear commitment to customer service are highly valued.
