Position Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor – Production Line to lead and manage teams, coordinate packaging lines, and implement continuous improvements at the Echavarri factory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production operator management and leadership 2. Control and coordination of packaging lines 3. We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor – Production Line at our Echavarri factory. Your responsibilities will include: Responsibilities: * Manage and lead production operators, ensuring proper support to the plant’s production process. * Control and coordinate packaging lines across different manufacturing shifts, ensuring achievement of KPIs related to occupational safety, quality, service, and cost. * Be responsible for continuous improvement processes: propose and execute process improvements and corrective actions for process deviations. * Lead and develop your team. * Identify and implement productivity improvements based on Lean tools (5S, VSM, SMED, standardization, high-performance meetings, etc.). * Plan, lead, and monitor the execution of continuous improvement or Lean manufacturing projects, coordinating and supervising assigned tasks. * Work rotating shifts from Monday to Friday. Qualifications: * Engineering degree * Problem-solving individual with strong analytical ability, proactivity, and results orientation * Excellent leadership and team management skills * Advanced knowledge of Lean manufacturing * High level of English proficiency * Experience working collaboratively in teams * Highly desirable: Knowledge of LSS (Lean Six Sigma), French language.
