**Your mission in this role** You will be a key part of resident care, **monitoring and attending to their healthcare and human needs**. **What will your responsibilities be?** * **Care and assistance** + You will manage the pharmacy and prepare medications for residents. + You will perform wound dressings, blood extractions, and other healthcare procedures. + You will coordinate medical appointments and outpatient visits. + You will notify family members in case of hospitalization. + You will accompany and alleviate the suffering of residents in terminal phases (palliative care). * **Supervision and coordination** + You will develop assessments and personalized care plans together with the team. + You will organize and update clinical records and healthcare documentation. + You will supervise assistant staff, ensuring adherence to the care plan. + You will report any relevant incidents to management and the physician. * **Advising and communication** + You will inform and advise residents, families, and staff on healthcare matters. + You will help create an environment of trust and well-being within the facility. * **Safety and continuous improvement** + You will apply the facility's integrated management system. + You will properly use protective equipment and ensure hygiene and safety standards. + You will participate in the continuous improvement of healthcare processes. * **Diploma or Degree in Nursing**. * **Mandatory professional registration.** **What are we looking for in you?** * **Ability to work in a team and engage in interdisciplinary coordination.** * **Strong communication skills and empathy towards residents and their families.** * **Focus on quality care and resident well-being.** **Would you like to join our team?** If you want a job where you **make a difference in people's lives**, this is your opportunity. **Join GSR S.
