Job Summary: We are seeking construction stonemasons with skill and precision in placing, carving, sculpting, and cutting natural stone, interpreting technical drawings and applying safety regulations. Proficiency in operating light and heavy machinery for material handling. We are seeking construction stonemasons. The primary work involves stone placement, requiring skill and precision in each task. Responsibilities include carving, sculpting, and cutting natural stone such as granite, sandstone, and limestone—performed both manually and with specialized mechanical tools including cutters, discs, and polishers. It is essential to design and execute templates based on technical drawings for stone cutting and correct placement. Additionally, preparing worksite surfaces—including leveling—and applying specific mortars and adhesives. Stone placement must be precise—whether on façades, walls, plinths, floors, or claddings—always respecting required joints, alignments, and leveling. Light and heavy machinery must be used for handling heavy materials, such as pulley systems, cranes, and wheelbarrows. Furthermore, performing fine finishing—including polishing, beveling, and sealing joints with specialized mastics—as well as maintaining tools and equipment in good condition. Strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations is mandatory—especially regarding load handling, use of personal protective equipment, and working at heights or on scaffolding—as well as interpreting assembly technical drawings and schematics.
