**Job Description:** **Los Almendros Educational-Therapeutic Center**, located in Agoncillo (La Rioja), is opening a selection process to incorporate an **Educator** into the team, on a **weekend shift**. Schedule and Conditions * Working Hours: **24 hours per week**. * Schedule: **Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 to 21:00**, with corresponding breaks established by labor regulations. * Contract: Permanent * Start Date: Immediate Main Responsibilities * Accompany and supervise users during the weekend. * Support in educational, occupational, and recreational activities. * Collaborate with the therapeutic team in implementing center rules and dynamics. * Record and monitor incidents. * Promote a climate of coexistence, respect, and support within the therapeutic community. Requirements * Training in **Social Education, Social Integration, Psychology, or related field**. * Experience in educational, social, or care settings for people in vulnerable situations. * Communication skills, empathy, and ability to work in a team. * Flexibility and responsibility in carrying out duties. Desirable Qualifications * Prior experience in addiction treatment centers or socio-educational facilities. * Additional training in community intervention or mediation. * Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
