




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced chef to prepare and present dishes in a qualified and autonomous manner, while collaborating in the management of raw materials and kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Qualified and autonomous preparation of dishes 2. Collaboration in ordering and preservation of raw materials 3. Monitoring and care of available products We are looking for a chef with experience at our restaurant Horno de San Juan, Miranda de Ebro, Burgos. Main duties include: \-Preparation of orders under the supervision of the head chef. \-Qualified, autonomous, and responsible preparation, seasoning, and presentation of dishes using appropriate techniques. \-Collaboration in ordering and preservation of raw materials and kitchen supplies. \-Preparation, cooking, and presentation of culinary items. \-Inspection and monitoring of kitchen equipment, reporting any issues accordingly. \-Monitoring and ensuring proper storage and optimal utilization of provided products. Mandatory: Communication skills. Desirable: Solid industry knowledge (wine lists, menu knowledge, protocols, etc.). English language proficiency.
