Your role will be critical in ensuring optimal stock levels by analyzing purchasing needs and guaranteeing accurate data in our system to maintain product flow from our international suppliers to our customers. * **Location:** Riba-roja de Túria, Valencia. * **Contract type:** Permanent. * **Working hours:** Full-time. * **Reports to:** Purchasing Director ### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Procurement Management:** Monitor stock levels for over 600 SKUs and generate purchase proposals based on turnover. * **Data Analysis:** Prepare reports on price trends, consumption patterns, and supplier delivery schedule compliance. * **Purchase Order Control:** Administratively manage purchase orders in the system, from creation through to confirmation of receipt. * **Supplier Relationship Management:** Maintain smooth communication with national and international suppliers to track deliveries and resolve issues. * **Logistics Support:** Coordinate with the warehouse for goods receipt and verify that delivery notes match agreed terms. * **Item Master Maintenance:** Ensure product data, costs, and supplier information remain up-to-date in the ERP system. * **Quality Control:** Collaborate in verifying that received products meet the company’s quality standards. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** * Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, International Trade, or Higher Vocational Training in Logistics/Commerce. * **2–3 years’ experience** in purchasing, procurement, or data analysis. * Prior experience in the food or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector is desirable. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * **Advanced Excel proficiency** (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis). * **SAP experience** (MM module) is highly valued. * **Intermediate English level (B2)** for communication with international suppliers. * Knowledge of Incoterms and import procedures. **KEY COMPETENCIES** * Rigor, organization, and high attention to detail. * Analytical ability and numerical acumen. * Proactivity and agility in resolving issues. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Alignment with corporate values: Respect, Commitment, Progress, and Transparency. ### **WHAT WE OFFER** * **Permanent contract** with a solid and rapidly growing company. * Full-time position with stable working hours. * Annual gross salary of **22,000** euros. * Integration into a multicultural and professional team. * Learning opportunities in the international food import sector. ### **SELECTION PROCESS** Stages: Application review → Telephone interview → HR interview → Purchasing Director interview → Technical test → Job offer.
