**Description:** ---------------- At **Domingo Alonso Group**, we are looking for a **Customer Advisor at Workshop** in Arrecife to join our team**.** **Who FITS OUR PROFILE for this position?** * An **organized** person with the ability to **prioritize** tasks, **empathetic**, skilled in **conflict management**, customer-service oriented, and comfortable working in **digital environments**. **What would be your RESPONSIBILITIES?** * **Serve and advise workshop customers**, thoroughly inspecting their vehicle together to identify required services. * **Monitor the status of workshop vehicles**, informing customers through the required digital channels. * **Perform pre-delivery vehicle control checks**: cleaning, general condition, and documentation. * Collaborate with the technical workshop team, acting as a liaison between the customer and Back Office to speed up repairs and improve service. * **Advise customers on loyalty programs, accessories, and current campaigns** available at the workshop. * **Prepare estimates, issue invoices**, and manage collections. * Prepare manufacturer maintenance lists and explain them to customers. * Assist appraisers and insurance companies. **What do we OFFER?** * Work in a **technological and innovative environment** where you can contribute all your ideas and improvements. * Opportunity for **professional development**. * **Continuous training**. * Full-time (40 hrs/week). * **Working hours:** 08:00 to 16:00 from **Monday to Friday** **Requirements:** --------------- * **Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle** related to Automotive, Commerce, Sales, Administration, or similar. * **Experience** in customer service of **at least 1 year**. * Proficient in **office applications** (email, spreadsheets). * **Class B driver's license**. * Intermediate level of English
