In a context of growth and expansion, we are seeking talent to join one of our **3/4-star hotels in Costa Teguise** (Lanzarote). ***Your mission*** As a Housekeeping Assistant (Valet), you will report directly to the Housekeeping Manager and play a key role in the operational support of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness of common areas, proper linen management, and essential logistical support for excellent service delivery. ***What will you do on a daily basis?*** * Carry out cleaning and maintenance of common areas: lobby, reception, corridors, staircases, offices, and outdoor areas. * Manage linen: loading, distribution, and collection of clean and soiled laundry between the laundry room and housekeeping offices. * Stock housekeepers’ trolleys with amenities, linens, and necessary supplies. * Perform surface treatments: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors and furniture. * Manage waste collection and removal in common and service areas. * Identify and report malfunctions or damages to facilities and furniture. * Respond to guest requests in common areas, escalating them when necessary. * Maintain order and cleanliness in storage rooms, housekeeping offices, and work areas. * **Requirements:** --------------- ***We’d love you if you have...*** * Responsibility, organization, and attention to detail. * Professionalism, courteous demeanor, and a service-oriented attitude. * Demonstrable training relevant to the position offered. * Proven prior experience in similar roles within establishments with a minimum of 200 rooms and all types of board plans. * Basic English language skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. ***Candidates with a disability certificate will be positively considered.*** ***What do we offer?*** * Employment at a 3/4-star hotel in Costa Teguise. * Significant opportunities for internal promotion and professional development within an expanding group. * Negotiable terms based on experience and value added. * A stable, professional work environment focused on service quality. *If you’re interested in joining a solid, growing project, we look forward to your application!*
