Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the project is executed correctly in terms of compliance, quality, safety, and environment, guaranteeing proper documentation and readiness for audit and handover. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages execution quality assurance (QA/QC) and supervises on-site inspections. 2. Ensures environmental compliance and health, safety, and environment (HSE) performance. 3. Document control: * Drawings, reports, and certificates are up to date. * Traceability and version control are maintained. * The final dossier for the client is prepared. Ensure execution quality (QA/QC): * Supervise on-site inspections. * Validate that the installation complies with specifications. * Manage non-conformities and corrective actions. Ensure environmental compliance: * Comply with the Environmental Impact Assessment (DIA) and applicable environmental regulations. * Monitor impact on agricultural land and surrounding environment. * Manage waste and corrective measures. Supervise health, safety, and environment (HSE): * Implement and monitor the safety plan. * Coordinate contractors on occupational health and safety (PRL). ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in: + Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Energy, Environmental) * Desirable: + Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) (at least 1–2 specialisations) + Training in management systems (ISO standards) * 3–7 years’ experience in construction / EPC projects * Experience in: + Quality assurance (QA/QC) + HSE on site + Environmental management * Experience in: + Photovoltaic power plants * Participation in: + Audits + Project commissioning or closure Additionally: * QA/QC in construction (Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspections, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)) * Occupational health and safety (PRL) on site (coordination of contractor activities) * Environmental legislation (especially in Spain or the EU) * Document management in EPC
