Ensure our checkout service is fast and efficient for customers, that payments are processed reliably, efficiently, accurately, and courteously. Create a positive customer experience so they want to keep shopping at our store in the future.
Use the cash register to accurately record customer products and payments according to established procedures.
Ensure that my store is always a safe and secure environment for visitors and colleagues.
Follow cash handling procedures to guarantee the security of our funds.
Provide fast and efficient after\-sales service.
Manage incidents/complaints: active listening, processing, managing, and providing timely solutions for each situation.
Handle item exchanges/returns.
