We offer a technology-based service—resulting from internal R&D—called **InprOTech Guardian**, designed for industrial network monitoring, industrial asset inventory, and anomaly detection using various strategies such as intrusion detection or artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms. We seek an experienced software development professional who is dynamic, enjoys teamwork, aims for technical and managerial growth, and is also committed to customer interaction and business contribution—proposing new ideas and approaches, mentoring junior colleagues, participating in customer meetings, delivering functional and technical demos, supporting pre-sales activities, attending on-site deployments, and contributing to the company’s progress and growth by generating knowledge or value—researching new technologies for integration into developments, supporting the identification of service improvement or evolution opportunities, or writing posts for the corporate blog or participating in industry events and conferences. Your primary responsibility will be to integrate into the current R&D team to focus on backend software development and contribute to enhancing the InprOTech Guardian service or other current or future business lines. Additionally, you will be expected to act as a bridge between the technical team and customers, helping to convey business value, identify needs, and reinforce solution adoption.
