Job Description Position vacant **Girbau: Technical Service SAT** Location Vic Region Osona Number of positions 1 Category As per collective agreement Department Services Schedule Monday to Friday Salary According to Girbau's remuneration system Contract type Permanent Description By joining as an SAT Technician at Girbau Spain subsidiary, your main functions and responsibilities will include: - Carry out installations, repairs, start-ups and maintenance of machinery series manufactured and/or marketed by Girbau at the customer's premises. - Perform repairs and maintenance of marketed machinery (washing machines, dryers, large installations, washing tunnels,...). Repairs covering: electronics, mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, steam, gas,... - Prepare reports on repairs and maintenance indicating issues encountered and observations for product improvement. - Handle telephone inquiries and remote services from customers. - Prepare and conduct training sessions for end customers regarding the machines. - Advise end customers on installation improvements, processes and retrofit recommendations. - Ensure availability of necessary materials required for installation. - Comply with occupational health and safety and environmental protection measures. Specialization in electricity, electronics or mechatronics Desirable Requirements Education: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS). Specialization in electricity, electronics or mechatronics. Additional training in industrial electronics, mechanics or automation will be valued. Intermediate level of English. 2\-3 years of experience in a similar role. Services will be provided within Catalonia and occasionally throughout Spain. Essential: Proactive, solution-oriented, responsible, communicative person with good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. Customer-focused and results-driven individual.
