As a **CRM Developer – Microsoft Dynamics**, you will be the CRM platform subject-matter expert within Corporate Tech. On a day-to-day basis: * You’ll coordinate enhancements, improvements, and incidents related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. * You’ll collaborate with the CRM Product Owner to translate functional requirements into viable technical solutions. * You’ll manage relationships with the technology vendors responsible for the platform. * You’ll work with Marketing, Growth, and Operations to ensure the CRM supports customer acquisition, management, and follow-up processes. * You’ll ensure proper adoption and usage of the platform by internal teams and centers. * You’ll guarantee the quality, consistency, and traceability of data managed in the CRM. * You’ll participate in the evaluation and implementation of new features, integrations, and improvements on Microsoft Dynamics. * You’ll identify opportunities to optimize CRM-related processes, automations, and reporting. **How you’ll shine in this role** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or equivalent CRM platforms. * Experience coordinating functional and technical enhancements of corporate platforms. * Experience working with technology vendors and multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. * Knowledge of CRM processes, customer journey, and customer management. * Analytical mindset, continuous improvement orientation, and strong communication skills. * Advanced English proficiency. **Nice-to-have** * Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its ecosystem. * Participation in CRM platform implementation or evolution projects. * Experience with integrations, process automation, or reporting tools. **Ready to inspire?** If connecting business and technology, coordinating the evolution of a strategic platform, and contributing to improved experiences for our teams and customers excites you, we’d love to meet you.
