Description

The position involves performing assembly and mounting tasks for large-sized components—such as bumpers, grilles, and reinforcements—within an industrial production line. The worker will be responsible for operating various manual, electric, and pneumatic tools, including screwdrivers, industrial staplers, and riveting machines, ensuring precision and safety in all operations. Additionally, the worker will handle material supply to the line and manipulate bulky parts, requiring sound logistics management and attention to workflow. A key part of the role is visual quality inspection of the finished product prior to its final packaging stage. This entails detailed observation to identify potential defects and ensure components meet established standards. The role operates within a dynamic and demanding environment where teamwork and adaptability to production rhythms are critical success factors for operations. This position falls within the automotive sector, offering the opportunity to participate in specialized manufacturing processes. We seek a meticulous professional capable of following established procedures, contributing to maintaining efficiency and quality along the assembly line. Work will be conducted in industrial facilities, requiring a proactive and committed attitude toward production objectives. Working hours are full-time, totaling 40 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday in rotating shifts—morning, afternoon, or night. Compensation complies with the collective agreement for the metal and automotive sectors, including an attractive base salary plus additional allowances for shift rotation. The workplace is located in the municipality of Palau\-solità i Plegamans, within the province of Barcelona. A minimum of one to two years’ experience in automotive assembly lines is required, with demonstrable knowledge of workshop tool handling and tasks involving large or heavy parts—such as bumpers, fenders, or body components. Manual dexterity and proficiency in operating industrial equipment are essential, as is having a personal vehicle for commuting to the industrial park where the workplace is situated.
