We personally **create, design, and develop all our products**. Currently, we are seeking to hire a **Junior Engineer** for our **Manusa Catalonia delegation (Polinyà)**. The selected candidate will report to the Installation and Service Manager and will be responsible for the following duties: * Plan, coordinate, and schedule projects and installations, ensuring their correct execution on time, properly, with quality, and safely. * Perform measurements and modifications to drawings. * Plan and coordinate with warehouse and Customer Service to ensure proper order and budget flow. * Monitor and maintain direct communication with major accounts and hospital maintenance contracts, ensuring that maintenance tasks and repairs are carried out timely and properly. * Track daily technician issues, delays, unforeseen events, schedule compliance, and rescheduling as needed. * Review and communicate group KPIs related to Installations and Service (response times, number of installations/service calls performed). * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, safeguarding both personal safety and that of others. * Know and apply environmental regulations relevant to the product, process, and/or position. **Job Requirements:** * Students in their 3rd or 4th year of Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Valid driver's license.
