Devoteam has been awarded Partner of the Year 2021 by the 5 cloud leaders: **AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Salesforce and ServiceNow.** #CreativeTechForBetterChange At Devoteam Spain, we are looking for an Intern to join our Quality, Data Protection and Information Security Department. **Main responsibilities:** * Reviewing and approving Data Protection Agreements and Information Security regulatory policies. * Reviewing and drafting documentation related to Information Security. * Supporting the management and maintenance of certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and ENS. * Participating in defining, optimizing and improving internal processes and developing projects. * Organizing, reviewing and updating internal documentation. * Supporting internal and external audits, including preparation and follow-up of action plans. * Assessing customer satisfaction and developing continuous improvement plans. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a university degree or vocational training in Computer Science or Industrial Organization Engineering. * Basic knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR and LOPDGDD). * Advanced proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * English level B1 or higher, with ability to handle technical documentation. * Skills: Methodical person, detail-oriented, autonomous, capable of learning, and oriented toward continuous improvement. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 27001, 20000-1), CMMI-DEV and ENS. * Master’s or Postgraduate degree in Quality and Environmental Management Systems (Integrated Management Systems). * Certification as Data Protection Officer (DPO). **Your strengths to join us:** * Cloud: AWS and/or GCP / Azure * Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell * Programming: Python * Infrastructure As Code: Terraform * Configuration management: Ansible, Packer * CI/CD: GitLab CI, Jenkins * Containers: Docker, Kubernetes * Versioning: Git * Solid knowledge of operating systems (Linux or Windows) * Solid knowledge of networking, especially the TCP/IP model
