Job Summary: We are seeking a telemarketer to manage incoming and outgoing calls, provide information about training courses, identify training needs, present educational programs, and close enrollments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advisory and guidance on training programs 2. Handling objections and closing enrollments 3. Registration and follow-up of prospective students We are looking for a telemarketer to work in La Cuesta, San Cristóbal de La Laguna. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls from individuals interested in courses and training programs, as well as making outbound calls to inform about new training offerings and promotions. You must also identify each client's training needs, clearly and persuasively present and explain educational programs, handle objections, and close enrollments to meet commercial objectives. Additionally, you will be required to register information in the CRM and follow up with each prospective student. A full-time schedule is offered: five hours per day, Monday through Friday, afternoon shift from 16:00 to 21:00, with breaks established by law. * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Sales Telemarketer in the training sector. * We seek a dynamic and proactive individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
