POSITION MISSION: Ensure operational excellence, process optimization, and comprehensive management of the desalination plant, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Operational Management: * Optimization of water treatment and production processes * Supervision of critical parameters: quality, quantity, recovery rate, and salinity * Monitoring and optimization of energy consumption * Efficient management of resources and consumables 2\. Technical Management: * Development and implementation of preventive/corrective maintenance plans * Supervision and coordination of internal and external technical teams * Implementation of operational and technological improvements * Preparation of technical reports and KPIs 3\. People Management: * Leadership and development of the team under responsibility * Coordination of shifts and operational on-call duties * Management of suppliers and contractors 4\.
