Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests in all recreational activities and areas by expressing an optimistic and enthusiastic attitude. Monitor activities at recreational facilities and respond appropriately according to local operating procedures in the event of an emergency. Promote rules and regulations of recreational facilities. Identify situations where guests may not be able to participate safely in an activity and report to a supervisor/manager. Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive. Take, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; complete training and obtain safety certifications. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary company information; protect company assets. Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support team to reach common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 25 pounds (11.25 kg) or equivalent without assistance. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Ascend and descend service stairs and/or ramps. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
