SL ### **Description and Requirements** INTERNSHIP APPLICATION 2025**Internship in Operation and Maintenance \- Operations Program and Analysis – Tenerife** **Department Presentation:** The Analysis Department is responsible for developing and monitoring management indicators for the "electricity distribution" activity in the Canary Islands. Ensuring accurate data entry into computer applications for daily operations and compliance with quality regulations according to established procedures. Collaboration in managing the distribution network in the Canary Islands, as well as analyzing results from inspections, faults, and scheduled maintenance for activity supervision. **Tasks to be performed during the internship:** Monitoring data to identify useful information and structuring it for easy reading; supply quality indices and requirements, ensuring proper upload of documents related to Medium and Low Voltage incidents to meet quality standards. Supporting operational business management by preparing indicators; TIEPI, NIEPI, "Pending Documentation" incidents, telecontrol availability, optimization and tracking of Scheduled Maintenance and Faults. Preparing reports and gathering documentation to ensure correct completion of maintenance operations. Analyzing data and generating incident reports (causes, affected and repaired components, deadlines, etc.) and defining possible pending actions. **What are we looking for?** * Industrial Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic and Automation, Industrial, Computer Science Engineering or related field. * English (C1 – advanced); * Proficiency in Excel; * Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI, Python, and SQL. **We value:** * Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analysis, SQL, Big Data, or Artificial Intelligence (desirable). **What do we offer?** Internship at ENDESA, **SWING Program:** * Study allowance of 900.00 € gross per month. * Working hours: 35H * Hybrid \- Full-time. * Workplace in Spain: **Tenerife** * Duration: 12 months. Composed of two parts: Practical Training in the Company and Academic Training. The Practical Training in the Company will involve full-time work from Monday to Friday, with 22 working days of rest per year and a study allowance of 900€ gross.
